I guess a blog like this is also good for stuff that I have no occasion to put anyplace else.
These were sketches that I made for a magazine project last year. In the end we did something else entirely but actually I preferred this series. Now, speaking of going back to a minimalist approach and how one might combine that with imagery that evokes a 'tale' (even if none is really being told) I suddenly remembered them.
